New Nutrition Bars

Cliff Bar, Berkeley, CA, has introduced two new bar flavors in its Clif and Luna lines. Banana Nut Bread Clif Bar and Caramel Nut Brownie Luna, both feature chocolate chips and walnuts—a key source of omega 3s. The Caramel Nut Brownie Luna contains healthy amounts of soy protein, calcium and folic acid, plus antioxidants like vitamins A, C and E. It does not contain any trans fats or artificial sweeteners. Banana Nut Bread Clif Bar contains a blend of protein, carbohydrates and a modest amount of fat.
